SHIPPING INFORMATION

We know you’re going to love your products as much as we do, so we do our best to dispatch your order within 2 business days (in stock items). Please note we do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.

We always look for the best way to get you your order – so we mix it up between Australia Post and selected Courier companies. We will dispatch your order within 2 business days, though allow between 3-7 business days to receive your order.

Please ensure someone will be at the delivery address – if you wont be home, please use an alternative delivery address where someone will be, i.e. work or a friend/family member to ensure packages are not lost. 

If for some reason we cannot deliver your package – i.e. you are in a remote area – we will notify you via email and provide you with a full refund.

We will email you within 2 business days if we are out of stock on something you have ordered (this is very rare, but we do sometimes make mistakes!). In this case we will offer you a refund or organise to send you the item as soon as it’s back in stock.

Depending on what you have ordered, we may send your products in multiple packages.

Our shipping rates (Australia only):

• All orders under $58.99 are charged at $10
• All orders of $59 are FREE

Please note the above shipping rates do not apply to bulky, unusual shaped or heavy items. However, to ensure there are no surprises during your checkout we have already adjusted the product price to include the delivery – so you will only ever be charged a maximum of $10 (under $59) during the checkout process.
